TravelAid Enterprises CIC (TECIC)
A Values Company
TECIC was founded by, and is closely linked to, TravelAid (UK charity
1092061). As such the company aims to maximise the social benefit of
its trading activities. Additionally, we act as trading arm for TravelAid
and help raise funds to support its core functions.
The CIC in TECIC stands for Community Interst Company - to the
consumer this means two main things:
1.
we aim to improve our local community through the goods and
provisions we offer.
2.
we are legally bound to give at least 65% of our profits to good
causes.
You can rest assured that money you invest in TECIC is used to
further some exciting community initiatives.
